Card Pull & Reading

The card:

self-love

“Show me how to love myself; show me how to take care of the inner Child. Show me how to be kind within. When you step into self-forgiveness, so much can change on the outside.”

(The Wild Offering Oracle Deck by Tosha Silver. Artwork by Katie Daisy.)

A reading for you:

I love the use of roses on this card. Growing from seed in supportive conditions and slowly blossoming in their own time. Unfolding leaf by leaf, thorn by thorn, petal by petal. The rose doesn’t ask permission to grow. The rose is beautiful simply because it is a rose. What would it be like to fully love yourself and give yourself permission to unfold naturally without force or comparison? Watering yourself, providing nourishment and care, sunlight and breath.

Pause to feel your own roots spreading down and throughout the soil. Remember a time when you felt a deep sense of love. Imagine breathing that love into your heart and watching it grow into a big shining light. As the light expands, getting brighter with each inhale and exhale, send the light to parts of yourself that are asking for forgiveness. Past versions of yourself that were doing their best with what they knew and had at the time. These parts of yourself are safe with you now. Give yourself a hug, smile at your reflection in the mirror, speak kind words to yourself. The more you do this, the more natural it will feel. You’ll only know if you try.

When your inner world is filled with love and compassion for yourself, your petals will bloom more full and bright than you could possibly imagine. One by one. 🌹
